Amy Letke Receives 2022 Business Advisor of the Year Award at the Family Business Awards Ceremony
Sponsored by the University of Louisville Family Business Center
On Tuesday, May 24, 2022, Amy Letke, founder & CEO of Integrity HR, was recognized as Business Adviser of the Year at the Family Business Awards, in partnership with the University of Louisville Family Business Center. Letke was one of three to receive the title of Business Adviser of the Year. “It’s incredible to be recognized as a Family Business Advisor alongside the other partner/advisors. I am honored and humbled to be nominated, and to become a finalist in this advisory category,” Letke said.
Receiving this Family Business Award not only affirms Integrity HR’s expertise as a business advisory firm, but particularly our work with family businesses. “A majority of our clients have been family businesses, and it has been an honor to work with families. We will continue to strive for excellence in serving closely held family businesses and related entities.”
Letke celebrates her community – from staff, to clients, to business peers and beyond. One of her favorite aspects of the awards ceremony was getting to connect with people in person again, “something that has felt like an eternity coming!” Alongside her leadership team, getting to connect with clients and friends at the event was, as she succinctly stated, “amazing!”
With Integrity HR’s 15th anniversary coming up in July, there’s a lot to celebrate.
Reflecting on the past 15 years, and the work that got her to this point of recognition, Letke said “I’m proud of my current team and those who have been part of this team over the years. We are a learning and giving company; providing advice and counsel to hundreds of businesses across the nation.”
“In 2007, not many people understood Human Resources Consulting or Outsourcing, unless you were part of a large entity, and worked with very large consulting firms. It has been great to be a pioneer in creating a sustainable business, growing our footprint locally as well as nationally,” Letke said. “We are very excited about the future and our growth plans.”
As we’ve all grown to see these past two years, the world is constantly changing, and businesses have to adjust to it. “Integrity HR is a firm that pivots based on the needs of our customer base. We have learned what is needed and have an understanding of services that will be needed in the short and longer term. Our plan is to respond to these needs, prepare and have solid solutions across a national footprint.”
