Integrity HR started in business with two professionals in 2007 to be a best-in-class Human Resources Consulting and Outsourcing firm offering premier consulting services to clients while providing flexible work arrangements and programs for those professionals working within the organization. Where We Are Today

Today, we are headquartered at 109 Daventry Lane, Louisville KY where our team members have ease of access to our clients via interstates in close proximity, have private or semi-private offices, 3 conference rooms, and plenty of parking for team members’ and clients’ convenience when traveling to and from our main campus.  Whether we’re working in the Louisville metro area, or providing support to clients across the country, our team has the expertise and “can do” winning approach to give your organization superior HR services.

At this time, there are nearly 20 Integrity HR team members to support Human Resource needs in small and medium business ventures, locally, regionally and nationally; as well as serving larger, decentralized organizations desiring “scalability”. The average consultant tenure in the HR industry surpasses 15 years – bringing “bench strength” and expertise that adds value and gains positive results in every business sector.
