Inc. Magazine introduces the Inc. Best Workplaces Awards
Integrity HR, Inc. named to the first-ever Inc. 50 Best Workplaces list
New York, NY (May 25, 2016) –Louisville, KY-based Integrity HR, an HR outsourcing and consulting firm, has been named to Inc.’s inaugural 50 Best Places To Work list. This is the first award honoring American companies with up to 500 employees that deploy state-of-the-art techniques to keep their staff happy and productive.
Working with employee engagement and culture experts Quantum Workplace of Omaha, Nebraska, Inc.’s list is a magnifying glass on how innovative companies can truly raise the bar in hiring and keeping the best talent.
“We hear it over and over again from the fast-growing businesses we cover: The biggest challenge that any business owner faces is finding and keeping the best people. That’s why building a workplace culture that allows your staff to grow with your company is absolutely crucial,” explains Inc.’s President and Editor-In-Chief Eric Schurenberg. “Recipients of the Inc. Best Workplaces Awards have done so in spades. They should be celebrated and emulated.”
“I am thrilled to see Integrity HR listed to Inc.’s inaugural 50 Best Workplaces,” said Amy Newbanks Letke, Integrity HR’s Founder and CEO. “We work diligently to create successful workplace cultures for our clients, and it is an honor to be recognized on a national level for our internal efforts. Not only does this recognition mean that we are succeeding in our mission of creating workplace excellence internally, but it also solidifies the idea that we ‘practice what we preach’ to our clients.”
Integrity HR continues to set the bar high for the human resources industry by providing results-focused human resources outsourcing services, professional recruiting services, behavioral and talent assessment tools, as well as additional HR solutions to reduce HR costs and create more successful, productive, and high performance organizations.
In 2015, Integrity HR saw a 3-year revenue growth of 139%, which put them at #2655 on the Inc. 5000’s list of “America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies”, and #14 on Inc.’s “Fastest Growing Kentucky Companies” list. Most recently, the company ranked #2 on the 2016 Best Places To Work in Kentucky list.
The 2016 Inc. Best Workplaces Awards (see the article on Inc.com here) assessed applicants on a collection of multiple choice, scaled, and open-ended items. Responses were evaluated by the research team at Quantum Workplace. Core components of the scoring include company practices around management, employee recognition, performance communication, benefits, and other elements of the employee experience.
To qualify, companies had to have been in business at least three years, have between five and 500 employees, be based in the United States, and be independent and privately owned, with 2015 revenue of at least $2 million.
