With the holidays coming up, this will be one of our last posts of the year in the Integrity HR Human Resources Blog.
We want to make sure we cap off 2010 with a bang by celebrating some of our year’s most successful and helpful articles to our community of human resources and business professionals.
Based on many forms of feedback the articles in this post were absolutely the most helpful of all articles posted in 2010, so if you didn’t get a chance to read them or if you just want a refresher be sure to check them out!
But before getting into the All Star Posts, I’d like to take a moment to highlight what you as a loyal reader of our blog have been part of this year.
Integrity HR Human Resources Blog – The Rise From Nearly Nothing to Now Nationally Recognized
2010 has been an incredible year for the Integrity HR Human Resources Blog. The blog was only a few months old at the beginning of 2010.
Some of our articles only received view counts in the single digits.
It was a little bit frustrating at first continuing to write quality content that didn’t see a lot of eyes, but we continued to write because we knew people needed it, and sure enough things finally took off.
From that point we’ve seen our blog go from just a few readers (mostly the internal Integrity HR staff and a few loyal fans) to now being a local powerhouse as one of the top human resources blogs in the region.
Additionally, we’re gaining a lot of national recognition.
We’re on the second page of Google (and climbing) for the term “human resources blog” and have been used multiple times as a resource for large organizations such as the Bureau of National Affairs.
We’ve also been linked to dozens of times by websites all over the nation and the world.
This is a long way from our humble beginning of a single digit readership.
As you can see from the graph below our organic search traffic (mostly to blog articles) has risen over 600% in the past year, and you, our community of loyal readers have been a part of it making it all happen.
Note that this is only one source of traffic and only accounts for single hits, not page views.
None of this success would be possible without you.
So with all of that said we’d like to take a moment to say thank you for your continuing readership of our blogand for being a part of our growth.
We hope that our articles have been entertaining and informative and that you have been able to use their content for the continuing development of your businesses and organizations.
You have our promise that the content will continue to flow into 2011 and beyond. From the entire Integrity HR Blog Team, we hope that you will continue to read and use the content of the Integrity HR Human Resources Blog for your business and will continue to help us spread the word about ours.
Sincerely,
The Integrity HR Blog Team
