Integrity HR Named “Best Places to Work in Kentucky” 2016 Winner

Louisville, KY January 27, 2016 – Integrity HR, Inc. was chosen as a winner in The Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Kentucky SocietyIntegrity HR Best Places To Work in Kentucy for Human Resource Management (KYSHRM)’s 12th Annual Best Places to Work in Kentucky 2016 competition in the small business category.

Winners were selected based on an assessment of the company’s employee policies and procedures and the results of an internal employee survey, managed by the Best Companies Group.

“I am thrilled to see Integrity HR listed as one of Kentucky’s Best Places To Work,” said Amy Newbanks Letke, Integrity HR’s Founder and CEO. “We work diligently to create successful workplace cultures for our clients, and to be recognized for our internal efforts is tremendous.”

The “Best Places to Work” competition is a multi-year initiative dedicated to identifying and recognizing Kentucky’s best employers. It is designed to motivate companies in the Commonwealth to focus, measure and move their workplace environments toward excellence.

Winners were chosen in three categories – small, medium, and large-sized companies, based on the number of employees. Rankings will be announced at an awards dinner on April 20, 2016.
