Local Company Competing in National Grant Program Contest

Louisville, KY—Local company Integrity HR is competing in “Mission: Small Business,” a new grant program sponsored by Chase and LivingSocial that is awarding $250,000 to twelve businesses nationwide.

Integrity HR founder and CEO Amy Letke explains the grant would help the company launch its new platform–Simplified HR, time saving technology. Simplified HR is a small business platform designed to make HR compliance, performance evaluations and employee training electronic and online, and very simple and easy for the business owner.

“This grant would ensure the success of committed growth in a woman-owned small business initiative, helping to expand HR services and products not only regionally, but nationally,” Letke says. “It will provide additional professional level jobs in our city, enhance HR resources that are much needed in the small business community, and provide for the building of excellence and HR best practices to an organization committed to education and small business support.”

Before Integrity HR’s “Mission: Small Business” grant application can be reviewed, the company must receive 250 votes. Consumers can get involved by clicking the “Support” button at missionsmallbusiness.com and voting for Integrity HR. The voting period is open until June 30, 2012.

Demonstrating their ongoing commitment to small businesses, Chase and LivingSocial launched “Mission: Small BusinessSM,” and received the support of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce to help announce the program and drive small business engagement and participation.

The program was developed to provide small businesses with capital and innovative marketing resources needed to make a positive impact on their business.

“Small businesses are invaluable to the growth of our economy, and the ‘Mission: Small Business’ grant program is designed to provide small businesses with the solutions they need to grow and thrive,” said Richard Quigley, president, Business Card, Chase. “The program aims to find innovative small business owners and provide them with the capital to help execute a business plan for growth.”

Support small businesses and help add professional level jobs to Louisville by voting for Integrity HR at missionsmallbusiness.com.

Chase and LivingSocial expect to announce the grant recipients by September 15, 2012.
