Integrity HR Ranked #20 at 2017 Best Places to Work in Kentucky Awards

Louisville, KY (April 26, 2017) – Integrity HR was ranked the twentieth best place to work in Kentucky at the 2017 Best Places to Work in Kentucky awards ceremony on April 26 in Lexington, KY.

Integrity HR ranked twentieth in the small business category out of 40 winners. This was Integrity HR’s second time making it on the Best Places to Work in Kentucky list. They ranked #2 in 2016.

“I am thrilled to see Integrity HR ranked #20 on Kentucky’s Best Places To Work list,” said Amy Newbanks Letke, Integrity HR’s Founder and CEO. “We work diligently to create successful workplace cultures for our clients, and to be recognized for our internal efforts is tremendous.”

Nearly 1300 people attended the award ceremony to celebrate the winning companies. Rankings were announced for winners in each of the three categories: small companies (15-149 employees), medium companies (150-499 employees), and large companies (more than 500 employees.)

The 2017 winners were announced in January. Overall, 100 companies were honored.

The winning companies were recognized for their commitment to focus, measure and move their workplace environments toward excellence.

The selection process, managed by Best Companies Group, is based on an assessment of the company’s employee policies and procedures and the results of an internal employee survey.

The Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management (KYSHRM) state council and the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce are proud to host the Best Places initiative, as both organizations support the value of workplace excellence as a key component in moving Kentucky forward.

“HR professionals are the CEO’s strategic partner in creating an adaptive advantage for Kentucky’s employers. The Best Places to Work in Kentucky program recognizes those employers who set an exemplary standard of excellence for both employee engagement and business success,” said KYSHRM Chair, Lynn Ingmire, SHRM-SCP, SPHR.

According to Kentucky Chamber President and CEO, Dave Adkisson, “In order to make Kentucky’s economy thrive, we must be able not only to educate and employ Kentuckians here, but we also must entice those from out-of-state to work here. The Best Places program does just that.”

Integrity HR, an Inc. 5000 company and certified Female Business Enterprise, has been operating in Kentucky since 2007. The company provides results-focused human resources outsourcing services, professional recruiting services, behavioral and talent assessment tools, as well as additional HR solutions to reduce HR costs and create more successful, productive, and high performance organizations.
