Integrity HR Ranked #2 at 2016 Best Places to Work in Kentucky Awards

Integrity HR was ranked the second best place to work in Kentucky at the 2016 Best Places to Work in Kentucky awards ceremony on April 20 in Lexington, KY.

Integrity HR ranked second in the small business category out of 36 winners. This was Integrity HR’s first time applying for the Best Places to Work in Kentucky list.

“I am thrilled to see Integrity HR ranked #2 on Kentucky’s Best Places To Work list,” said Amy Newbanks Letke, Integrity HR’s Founder and CEO. “We work diligently to create successful workplace cultures for our clients, and to be recognized for our internal efforts is tremendous.”

Nearly 1300 people attended the award ceremony to celebrate the winning companies.

Rankings were announced for winners in each of the three categories: small companies (15-149 employees), medium companies (150-499 employees), and large companies (more than 500 employees.)

The 2016 winners were announced in January. Overall, 100 companies were honored.

The winning companies were recognized for their commitment to focus, measure and move their workplace environments toward excellence.

The selection process, managed by Best Companies Group, is based on an assessment of the company’s employee policies and procedures and the results of an internal employee survey.

The Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management (KYSHRM) state council and the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce host the Best Places initiative.

Both recognize the importance of workplace excellence in driving Kentucky’s businesses forward, and what role HR plays in that.

“HR professionals are the CEO’s strategic partner in creating an adaptive advantage for Kentucky’s employers. The Best Places to Work in Kentucky program recognizes those employers who set an exemplary standard of excellence for both employee engagement and business success,” said KYSHRM Chair, Lynn Ingmire, SHRM-SCP, SPHR.

Integrity HR, an Inc. 5000 company and certified Female Business Enterprise, has been operating in Kentucky since 2007. The company provides results-focused human resources outsourcing services, professional recruiting services, behavioral and talent assessment tools, as well as additional HR solutions to reduce HR costs and create more successful, productive, and high performance organizations.
