In September, the firm moved its headquarters from Frankfort Avenue to Lily Creek Road to allow the company to hire more human resources consultants, recruitment professionals and other managerial associates, as well as provide additional meeting space for clients and continuing education classes.

“We are so excited to be in this new space and to have the resources to provide more comprehensive services to our current and future clients,” said Integrity HR’s Founder & CEO Amy Letke.

The Open House & Ribbon Cutting Fall Festival took place in Integrity HR’s custom-built three-story 9,000-square-foot office building. Over 100 business professionals attended the event including the City of Middletown’s Mayor Byron Chapman, Middletown Commissioner Sam Tucker, and Greater Louisville Inc.’s Investment Developer Terri Weber.

Mayor Chapman presented Integrity HR’s Founder & CEO Amy Letke along with the rest of the Integrity HR team with a proclamation stating November 19 is to be recognized as Integrity HR Day. Mayor Chapman also gave Integrity HR a proclamation from the Middletown Chamber of Commerce celebrating the company’s recent Business First Fast 50 accomplishment.

Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer was unable to attend the event, but awarded the company with a proclamation stating November 19 is to be recognized as Integrity HR, Inc.’s Open House and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Day.

“Integrity HR’s expansion demonstrates the strength of Louisville’s quality of life and business environment,” said Mayor Fischer. “One of our core cluster areas is business services, and Integrity HR is proof that we are making progress in our economic development efforts.”
