WHO IS ANGELA DUNAWAY?

Angela Dunaway is a Consulting Services Manager for Integrity HR, a human resource consulting and outsourcing firm in Louisville, Kentucky. With a passion for excellence, strong listening skills and a heartfelt desire to put the client first, Angela partners with client companies to tackle human resource issues in developing comprehensive compensation plans, employment law compliance and risk avoidance, leadership training, benefits, end-to-end talent management, and policy development. One of Angela’s specialties is human resource departmental strategy and transformation.

ANGELA’S BACKGROUND

Prior to Integrity, HR, she served as Senior HR Consultant providing services on behalf of PassionHR, Inc., a consulting firm headquartered in Huntsville, AL. Her experience includes providing human resource services for a broad range of clients in industries such as aerospace & defense, healthcare, technology, retail sales, automotive, manufacturing, home building, engineering and more. In addition to consulting, Angela has over 12 years of experience in leadership-level corporate human resources positions.

Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management Angela has maintained the Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the Human Resource Certification Institute since 2003 and the Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management since 2015.

A LITTLE BIT MORE ABOUT ANGELA

Angela is fervent about giving back to the community. She’s served as Board President for the Society for Human Resources Management chapters in both Owensboro, KY and Huntsville, AL. She served on boards for the Boulware Homeless Mission and the i3 Cares Foundation. In addition, she has volunteered with the NWA Network for Executive Woman, The Care Center, Women in Networking, Junior Achievement, The Manna House, and the Key Point Church Baton Rouge Flood Relief Team.
