Who is Eric Brown?
Eric Brown is the Director of Operations with Integrity HR, Inc., a human resource consulting and outsourcing firm in Louisville, Kentucky.
He has more than 20 years of experience in human resources, employee training and development, business coaching, sales, and operations; serving clients in various industries, including healthcare, banking, manufacturing, staffing, private equity, and franchising.
Eric’s Background
Prior to joining Integrity HR, Eric was the Director of Systems for the world’s largest home services franchisor and owned an employee development consulting business.
Eric earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Louisville and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt with expertise developing systems to improve employee performance and company profitability.
He has served as President for the Association of Talent Development [Kentucky Chapter] and board member for the Louisville Society of Human Resource Management.
