WHO IS CHRISTINA REISING?

Christina Reising, PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR  is a Consulting Services Manager for Integrity HR. In her role, Christina provides day to day coaching and guidance to team members for client assignments, new client business integration, and projects. Her responsibilities also include assisting team members in developing skills and building consulting expertise while also serving as a strategic HR partner with her clients. Christina’s areas of expertise include: coaching, training, employee relations, developing and administering leave policies, policy development, leading sensitive investigations and handling complex compliance issues.

CHRISTINA’S BACKGROUND

Christina has approximately 20 years of experience in management and/or Human Resources, serving the private and public business sectors as well as small and large non-profit organizations. She is also experienced with mergers and acquisitions, start-ups, restructuring, large multi-state companies, high-growth operations, governments, municipalities, union environments, family-owned operations, housing authorities, healthcare, banking, and the construction industry.

Prior to starting at Integrity HR, she served as the Human Resources Manager for ResCare in the residential setting, which provides supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Christina has also served as the Human Resources Manager for Home Instead Senior Care, a non-medical provider to seniors in the East End of Louisville.

Christina holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation, both from The HR Certification Institute. Christina also holds the SHRM-CP certification from the Society of Human Resource Management. Christina is a member of the Southern Indiana Chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management (SISHRM), the Louisville Society for Human Resources Management (LSHRM), the National Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). Christina is also co-chair for the Louisville Society of Emotional Intelligence.

Christina can be spotted at the local antique shops, flea markets and auctions, looking for the next great buy, or cruising around in her electric blue Jeep Wrangler.
