WHO IS NICHOLLE LALLY?
Nicholle Lally is the Marketing Assistant for Integrity HR, Inc. In her role, Nicholle is responsible for assisting with the implementation of Integrity HR’s marketing program. She researches and creates content for various communications and helps to organize the company’s events. Nicholle also assists with providing administrative services to the Integrity HR team and clientele.
NICHOLLE’S BACKGROUND:
Before joining the marketing team at Integrity HR, Nicholle served as a youth minister in the Archdiocese of Baltimore, Maryland. Nicholle gained a wide variety of marketing skills and experiences while coordinating and promoting events in this role. While in college, Nicholle worked as a communications intern for multiple non-profits and volunteered coordinating programs for her campus ministry.
Nicholle graduated Magna Cum Laude from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in West Chester, Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Communication Studies.

Nicholle has an affinity for dessert before dinner, hand written letters, and animated movies. Her greatest weaknesses are cheesecake, gel pens, and Disney’s “Mulan.”
