Who is Monica Kidwell?
Monica Kidwell is a senior consultant with Integrity HR, based in Louisville, KY. Monica has over 20 years of human capital management experience with expertise in:
- Supporting operational, functional and corporate human resource departments.
- Aligning HR strategies to business vision and bringing collaboration mentality to achieve results.
- Advising and supporting construction, hospitality, manufacturing, startups, multistate employers as well as private equity firms.
- Providing guidance for employee relations, coaching, developing training, benefits administration, policy development, and handling complex compliance issues.
Monica’s Background
Her certifications include PHR and SHRM-CP and she earned her Business Management degree with a concentration in Human Resources from Eastern Kentucky University. She is a member of the National Society for Human Resources (SHRM) and Southern Indiana Society for Human Resources (SISHRM).
She served on the Madison County Chamber of Commerce Board and was the Chair of their Economic Development Committee. She also served on the Madison County Business and Education Partnership and Bluegrass Workforce Investment Board (BGWIB).
She was integral in Madison County, Kentucky becoming a Certified Work Ready Community. Her efforts were recognized by the Chamber of Commerce in the form of the 110% award.
