WHO IS MARK HARDY?
Mark Hardy is the Talent Acquisition Manager for Integrity HR. In his position, Mark is responsible for leading the efforts to recruit top-level talent for our clients most important and impactful positions. He works hand-in-hand with all of the internal teams at Integrity HR to ensure that client recruitment needs are being handled efficiently and effectively.
Prior to joining Integrity HR, Mark worked as an Executive Recruiter and has expertise in Human Capital Management systems as a Sales Executive where he gained an appreciation for some of the challenges involved with not only finding good talent, but getting them onboarded and engaged into the company culture. He’s experienced working with clients of all sizes in many industries, including Manufacturing, Distribution, Non-Profit, Medical, Government Agencies and more.

Mark is a team player and feels strongly that communication is the key to any strong relationship. A native “Louisvillian”, he earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Louisville majoring in Sport Administration with a focus on Business Administration.
