WHO IS KRISTY ROWAN?

Kristy Rowan, MA, PHR is a Senior Human Resources Consultant for Integrity HR.  In her role, Kristy provides human resources support to the Integrity HR consultant team and clients. Kristy specializes in labor and employee relations, culture development, compliance, benefits administration, strategic planning and talent management.

KRISTY’S BACKGROUND

Kristy has over 20 years of Human Resource experience in the consumer goods industry.  She has experience leading the human resource function in union and non-union environments for medium and large, public and private multi-state companies.

Kristy holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and I/O Psychology from Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa.

Kristy is a certified professional in human resources by the Human Resources Certification Institute, holds certifications in the Workplace Big 5 Profile, Zenger-Miller, DDI and ELI Civil Treatment.

Kristy completed Leadership Development for HR Professionals at the Center for Creative Leadership and was honored with the Julian Carroll Young Business Leader award at the KY Labor-Management Conference.  Kristy served on the Boards for the Louisville Labor Management Committee and the Frankfort Chapter of the American Red Cross.

A LITTLE BIT MORE ABOUT KRISTY

Kristy grew up exploring the terrain of Northern Iowa on her snowmobile, and she’s been in love with adventure ever since! She’s climbed mountains in California, Colorado, and Hawaii, gone swimming with dolphins in Jamaica, and even visited the site of the 1994 Winter Olympics in Norway. There’s no telling what adventure she’ll conquer next!
