WHO IS KAREN HAMILTON?

Karen Hamilton, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is the Vice President of Consulting Services for Integrity HR Inc., a human resources consulting and outsourcing firm in Louisville, Kentucky. In her role at Integrity HR, Karen leads and provides comprehensive management advisory and consultancy services to the Integrity HR staff, management and clients. Karen has overall responsibility for managing Consulting Services, including HR outsourcing and HR consulting related projects.

KAREN’S BACKGROUND

Karen is an accomplished business leader with over 20 years of HR experience in the restaurant, healthcare and nonprofit business sectors.

Prior to joining the Integrity HR team, Karen was the Senior Vice President /Chief HR Officer for Hosparus Inc. where she managed human resources, marketing/communications and the education and training department functions. While at Hosparus, Karen chaired the HR Committee of the National Partnership for Hospice Innovation and in 2014 was named to Business First’s 20 People to Know in Human Resources.

Karen holds a Masters from Indiana Wesleyan and received her Bachelor’s from Lourdes University (college), in Sylvania Ohio. Karen is certified in DISC, Predictive Index and Zenger Miller Leadership Training program.

Karen is a “tennis pro” (in her own mind) and her dream is to attend each of the Grand Slam tennis tournaments – watch out Serena Williams!
