Integrity HR is one of five finalists for the Inclusion Award which honors businesses that champion diversity internally and in their community and businesses practices.  The winners of all eight awards will be announced August 31 at the Celebration of Small Business Luncheon.

Integrity HR, a national Human Resources Outsourcing and Consulting Services firm in Louisville, KY., promotes diversity in selection so its consultants can better serve their clients. The company is a female business enterprise that seeks to promote exceptional work environments for working women and minorities through workplace flexibility programs. These flexibility programs are customized to meet the needs of the individual, whether it’s working a day a week from home or a creative schedule to pick the kids up at school.

Integrity HR founder and CEO Amy Letke has strong beliefs for career development and flexibility in the workplace. A panel of 40 judges reviewed the 8 respective categories.
