The History of Integrity HR

When Amy Letke founded Integrity HR, it was her vision to create a best in class Human Resources Consulting and Outsourcing firm that offered premier consulting services to clients while providing flexible work arrangements and programs for those professionals working within the organization.

Back In The Day

Integrity HR started with two professionals at an office on Ormsby Station Road. In 2009, the business moved to a new location on Frankfort Avenue, to have additional space and the convenience of interstate access to travel to client offices.

In September 2014, Integrity HR built it’s current headquarters on Lily Creek Road in Middletown. This expansion allowed the Company to hire more human resources consultants, recruitment professionals and other managerial associates, as well as provide additional meeting space for clients and continuing education classes. Then in August 2015, Integrity HR opened an additional office in New Albany to better serve their Southern Indiana clients.

Where We Are Today

In September 2017, Integrity HR moved back to 9700 Ormsby Station Road to partner with EPIC Insurance Solutions. The combination of  HR Consulting services and Employee Benefit Services  provides significant solutions for our clients.

Today, there are 20 Integrity HR team members to support Human Resource needs in small/medium business ventures, locally, regionally and nationally. The average consultant tenure in the HR industry surpasses 15 years – bringing “bench strength” and expertise that adds value and gains positive results.
