Mary Gwynne’s Background
Prior to joining Integrity HR, Mary Gwynne served on the executive team for a non-profit as the Vice President of Human Resource. She has participated in speaking engagements at the United Way Worldwide HR Conference. In 2013, she was awarded the United Way Worldwide Human Resources Leader of the Year Award, and in 2015 was named one of the 20 People to Know in Human Resources by Louisville Business First Magazine.
Mary Gwynne has a bachelor’s degree in Business Psychology from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She currently serves on the Advisory Committee for Dress for Success Louisville, is on the HR Committee for the Waterfront Botanical Gardens and is on the board of KMAC. She is a volunteer with JCPS’s Everyone1 Reads program and has been elected to the City Council of Beechwood Village, Kentucky.
