WHO IS ANN MULCAHY?

Ann Mulcahy is a Consulting Services Manager for Integrity HR, Inc., a human resource consulting and outsourcing firm in Louisville, Kentucky. In her role, she specializes in talent acquisition and talent management. Ann is recognized for her expertise in the areas of talent acquisition, management, recruitment, compensation, employee development, and retention.

ANN’S BACKGROUND

Prior to joining Integrity HR, Ann served as the Vice President of Epic Employer Resources. As Vice President, she advised and supported businesses to help them develop human resources systems, policies, and processes based on their organizational goals.

She has over 25 years of experience serving as a human resources leader and business partner in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Ann has held human resource management positions in small, mid-sized, and large companies spanning a variety of industries including financial services, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing. She holds certifications in the MBTI, Predictive Index, DiSC, and Development Dimensions International (DDI).

Ann received a Master of Arts in Communication from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Hanover College. She holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation from The HR Certification Institute, the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society of Human Resource Management, and the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation from World at Work.
