WHO IS LAUREN CHERRY?

Lauren Cherry, PHR, SHRM-CP is a Human Resources Consultant for Integrity HR, Inc. In her role, Lauren is responsible for providing human resources support to clients and senior consultants. She works on a variety of projects including recruiting and writing employee handbook with the team, specializing to the needs of the client.

LAUREN’S BACKGROUND

Lauren’s human resource experiences are concentrated in recruiting for the manufacturing industry and providing customer service and support to customers. In addition to recruiting, Lauren has experience in the areas of compliance, coaching, onboarding, employee relations issues, and implementation of employee incentive programs.

A graduate of Georgetown College, Lauren holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Arts in Commerce, Language, and Culture with a discipline in Spanish. In her time at Georgetown, Lauren held a leadership role in the Alpha Lamba Delta Honor Society and also held office in the Student Government Association. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Bellarmine University. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute and also holds the SHRM-CP Certification issued by the Society for Human Resources Management.
