The “Start Smart’ course is offered through HR Chapters, Universities and Study Groups throughout the country.
The “Start Smart’ course covers, in detail, each of the six functional areas of the HRCI Body of Knowledge over a three day period, with two weeks of study time inbetween each session.
At the end of the course, you will be able to identify your strongest HR functional areas and know where you need to concentrate your study efforts moving forward.

PHR/SPHR Certification Program Webinar Series
The PHR SPHR Online Course is intended to give you the classroom experience without having to travel to the classroom. This course is designed to give you an assessment of where you need to focus your final study efforts in the weeks leading up to your exam.
This course is structured to start out with a true 225 question Practice Exam which will simulate real test questions and real test conditions (Taken on your own before the webinar)
Once you’ve completed the sample exam (for both the PHR and SPHR exam) the remaining time is spent in classroom education reviewing each question and revealing why each correct answer is the best.
The instructor incorporates additional exam content into the course to enhance learning and to facilitate your “last minute” preparation for your upcoming exam.
This webinar will provide you with a final assessment of where you need to focus your final study efforts in the weeks prior to your exam date.
