February 5, 2013 – Integrity HR, Inc., a local human resources outsourcing and consulting firm, announced that Founder & CEO Amy Letke received honorable mention in the 2013 Enterprising Women of the Year award competition.

This award, from Enterprising Women magazine, honors women business owners who have demonstrated that they have fast-growth businesses, mentor or actively support other women and girls involved in entrepreneurship, and stand out as leaders in their communities. There are a limited number of honorees for this acclaimed award.

Award recipients are leaders in key organizations that support the growth of women’s entrepreneurship and are recognized at the annual award celebration.

“The Enterprising Women of the Year Class of 2013 is a remarkable group of women leaders,” said Monica Smiley, editor and publisher of Enterprising Women magazine. “This annual celebration is unlike any other event as it honors each award recipient and brings together the finest women entrepreneurs from around the world to network, share best practices and celebrate their amazing achievements.”

Letke founded Integrity HR with a vision to provide HR outsourcing and consulting services to small, medium and large sized companies, helping businesses upgrade the bottom line on human resources and improve employee issues management.

Over the past five years, Integrity HR has grown from two to thirteen team members and has experienced 20 percent or more financial growth nearly every year since its foundation.

“We are very appreciative of the opportunities that are coming our way, and work hard to make sure new staff gets the training and resources needed to help clients right away,” Letke said.  “While it’s challenging to make this happen as we continue to add staff, our standards are rigorous and maintaining consistent quality is extremely important to me.”

In addition to being recognized nationally by Enterprising Women magazine, Letke accepted the 2012 Greater Louisville Inc.Credible Very Small Business of the Year Award on behalf of Integrity HR in September 2012.

Letke said she appreciates the local and national recognition and promised to continue the tradition of timely HR service, superior quality, unmatched knowledge and synergistic teamwork.

Winners will be recognized at the 11th Annual Enterprising Women of the Year Awards Celebration on April 3 and 4 at the Ritz-Carlton in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
