Tracy brings over 20 years of human resources, operations and finance to Integrity HR. She has served as the Finance and Human Resources Manager for Champalimaud Design, a New York based interior design and architecture firm to the hospitality industry. Ms. Cottrell was also Vice President of Operations for MFW Group Ltd., a menswear manufacturer and agent to the mass market.
Ms. Cottrell is a member of the Louisville Society for Human Resources Management (LSHRM) and the Southern Indiana Society for Human Resources Management (SI-SHRM), as well as the Financial Executives Networking Group (FENG.) Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute, and earned a Bachelors degree from Smith College.
