Marsha Abel is a Project Consultant with Integrity HR, Inc., a human resource consulting firm inLouisville,Kentucky. Prior to working for Integrity HR, Ms. Abel spent 8 years with Goodwill BridgePointe Services, Inc. most recently as the Vice President of Human Resources, in theClarksville,INfacility and for 11 offsite facilities. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Organizations fromIndianaUniversity,Bloomington,IN. She has over 20 years of experience in both for profit and not for profit organizations as a highly effective human resources professional, mentor, consultant and program director with proven success at developing and implementing a variety of programs impacting employee development, and productivity including assessing and resolving a wide range of employee issues.
In her role at Integrity HR, Ms. Abel provides Human Resource Services to clients in the areas of human resource outsourcing, executive and management recruitment, training, and human resource management solutions. She has also performed a number of HR Generalist duties including resolving employee relations issues, managing the FMLA and other compliance processes, responding to unemployment claims, developing and writing policies and procedures, developing and administering benefits plans, interviewing internal and external candidates, evaluating and managing performance, managing employee initiatives, and conducting new hire orientation services.
