Jillian Deck is a Senior Human Resource Consultant for Integrity HR, Inc., a human resource consulting and outsourcing firm in Louisville, Kentucky.  Ms. Deck has over 17 years Human Resource experience serving the manufacturing, corporate and banking industries both in the United States and globally.  She has worked for Fortune 500 companies such as Citigroup and Rockwell Automation.  She is a graduate from Keene State College in New Hampshire and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Psychology and Human Resources.

In her capacity as a Human Resource professional, Ms. Deck has held a variety of leadership positions, both in the United States and the United Kingdom, that have allowed her to make effective contributions to the success, as well as the bottom line, of the organizations she has supported. This work has provided her human resources generalist expertise in the areas of salary administration and payroll, employee relations, performance management, legal compliance, benefit administration, developing and administering policies and procedures, employee and management training, work place safety and full cycle recruiting.
