Amy has twenty years of progressive experience in human resources management and senior leadership in various industries. Prior to starting Integrity HR, Inc., she led the HR Consulting Practice for Thompson Associates, the largest employee benefits agency in Louisville, KY. Amy has also held the post of Vice President of Human Resources for a large, Chicago-based software development firm and held other positions in consulting and Human Resource management with several Fortune 500 companies.
She is a member of NAWBO, the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute, a certified DiSC instructor/trainer, and earned a Bachelors degree from DePauw University and Master of Business Administration degree from St. Ambrose University. She is also the co-founder of HRReview, LLC.
